Faith in Action, Rooted in Grace: An Introduction to Catholic Social Teaching

Lifelong Learning | FULL (Membership Required)

This course is an introduction to what the Catholic Church describes as the “central and essential element of our faith” and what has been nicknamed ‘the best kept secret of the Church’. In this first of a series of courses, we will examine the foundational elements of Catholic Social Teaching: its roots, development, and role in the lived faith tradition of Catholicism. In addition to class lectures, participants will be asked to read Church documents and participate in class discussions.
