Nature Photography in North Park
Lifelong Learning | FULL (Membership Required)
Explore the natural beauty of North Park while developing your photography skills in this hands-on, field-based course. Each session will meet at a different location within the park, likely including grassy lakeside areas, a wildflower meadow, and an accessible wetlands boardwalk trail. These varied settings will provide opportunities to photograph landscapes, flowers, fall foliage, birds, and other wildlife. Along the way, we will explore techniques for composition, lighting, and photographing a variety of natural subjects, with an emphasis on learning to see and capture nature creatively.
Participants of all photography experience levels are welcome.
Sessions will involve relatively easy walking and provide opportunities to enjoy photography while exploring the diverse natural environments of North Park.
Locations will be announced in confirmations, and transportation is on your own.
