Pushing Abstraction in the Landscape

Class-Micro | Available

We all want to create exciting paintings that capture the viewer’s eye, that flirt with abstraction enough to tantalize the senses. Completely realistic paintings often feel boring. Discover techniques to push abstraction by learning to see the subtle color shifts of light. Learn to add drama, excitement, and texture. Spend the afternoon applying all the new techniques with plenty of individual attention. www.lindapullinsi.com

Linda Pullinsi

Linda Pullinsi is an Arizona-based, award-winning artist known for capturing the quiet magic of nature through luminous light and expressive brushwork. Inspired by the mountains, desert skies, and ever-changing Southwest landscape, her work invites collectors to pause, breathe deeply, and reconnect with the beauty all around them. Trained in graphic design, she soon turned to painting and teaching, dedicating her life to empowering others through creative expression. For over 30 years she has served as a teaching artist and mentor with Free Arts, witnessing firsthand the healing power of art. Linda currently teaches at Scottsdale Artists’ School and leads art retreats across the Southwest. Her work, collected both privately and corporately worldwide, reflects her love of water, shimmering reflections, and recently through horses, wildlife, and abstraction.
